High-grade silicone provides robust electrical insulation for the main copper coils that carry high-frequency currents. This is essential for preventing short circuits and protecting the components of the furnace. The tape is highly heat-resistant, often withstanding temperatures of 180°C or higher. This protects the coils and components from the extreme heat generated during the melting process. |
