Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Induction Solution Pvt. Ltd. Returns are accepted only under specific and approved conditions to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • All returns are subject to company approval after verification.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must not show signs of installation, operation, or physical damage.
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and the original invoice must be included.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially configured machines are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Customer must contact support with order details and invoice.
  • Our technical team may request photos or videos for verification.
  • After approval, the customer must send the product to our designated facility.
  • The product must reach us safely; transit damage will void return eligibility.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be initiated only after the product passes inspection.
  • Refund processing time is generally 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Payment processing charges, convenience fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
  • If the refund is delayed by bank/processor, the company is not liable.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, customers may receive a replacement of the same model or an upgraded model by paying the price difference.
  • Replacement dispatch depends on product availability.
  • Replacing a product does not extend or reset the original warranty period.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • Customized induction machines or special requirement builds.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, electrical issues, or improper installation.
  • Used, tampered, repaired, or modified units.
  • Electrical components, consumables, and spare parts (unless defective on arrival).

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • The company is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed; it will be treated as a return request.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on order type.
