- International orders, if any, may attract customs duties or import taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, currency rates, or market conditions. Orders already confirmed with advance payments will not be affected.
3. Quotations & Validity
- All quotations provided are valid for a specific duration (generally 30 days) unless stated otherwise.
- Revised quotations may be issued after the validity period expires.
4. Discounts & Offers
- Any discounts, seasonal offers, or promotions will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- Special discounts are applicable only when confirmed in writing.
- Multiple offers cannot be combined unless specified.
5. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order unless a credit agreement exists.
- Remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or as per agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per company policy.
6. Additional Charges
- Transportation, packaging, and insurance charges are extra unless specifically included in the quotation.
- On-site installation, commissioning, and training charges will be applicable separately.
7. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds or price adjustments will be made only in case of overpayments, cancellations within the permissible period, or approved returns as per our company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
