5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timeline depends on stock availability, product type, and manufacturing schedule (for machines).
- Shipping charges, transit insurance, and unloading are the buyer’s responsibility unless specified otherwise.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, transport strikes, or other external factors.
- Tracking details will be provided once the product is dispatched.
6. Warranty & Returns
- Induction machines generally include a 12-month warranty from installation or 15 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to mishandling, overloading, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
- Accessories, electrical items, and consumable parts may have different warranty terms depending on product type.
- Returns are accepted only after prior approval. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method as per payment gateway timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Induction World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, downtime, installation errors, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
